LG and battery life: open challenge Samsung

LG and battery life: open challenge Samsung

We all smartphone owners have always fought against the clock, or rather, against the remaining battery of our phone. And the question is always the same: "I'll be able to get a night?". This question becomes even more heavily discriminatory when we think of buying a new phone and we often ask "how long does the battery last?". Here LG challenge, in a sense, Samsung-tests of battery life of its jewel-peak, or Optimus G, against the top of the range rival, aka Galaxy S III.

Both phones are supported by a well large 2100mAh battery, which alone would be expected to ensure a good life, but both are two terminals that quad core, optimized fuel consumption aside, have certainly their "needs ". Well, as tested by LG, with the same capacity of the battery, the Optimus G wins on all fronts.

The test is carried out and, for both devices under the same conditions, the prince of all the brightness of the screen set to 50%. LG has divided the whole into three key stages: call, video recording and playback. The verdict and was, to say the same LG, convincing enough for its products.

As a result, and that call will continue in G Optimus has "talked" to 15.8 hours, compared to 9.5 in Samsung Galaxy S III, and failed to register in the second phase of the test, 3.8 hours of video, versus 2 8 hours of his rival; finally play movies for 7.9 hours, while the Galaxy S III and off after 7.3 hours.

Good result in the call, and also remarkable that in the video recording, but playing in the end not seem like a big difference. LG insists on saying, and we do too, which is not an attack against Samsung, but a comparative text and nothing else.

What do you think? How would you like it to last the battery of your terminals? Be extremely realistic and let us know yours!
